Country Chili Casserole

Ingredients :

1 lb. ground beef
1 16oz jar chunky salsa
2 cups red kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 ½ C. frozen corn
3 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions :

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat, drain. Mix salsa, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, frozen corn, chili powder and cumin into the beef. Keep over heat for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the chili in 9×9-inch baking dish and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and replace in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is all the way melted.
