Ingredients:
2.5 lbs. skin on chicken drumsticks (about 8 drumsticks)
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 (20-oz.) can pineapple rings (1/2 cup of juices reserved)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with cooking oil.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until browned.
