Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 pinch of dried oregano leaves
1 pinch of dried rosemary leaves
1 pinch of dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of butter
1 teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper (or more or less)
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or more or less)
Instructions:
Clean and devein the shrimp.
In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, dried oregano, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and mix to evenly coat the shrimp with the spice mixture.
Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Squeeze the lemon wedges over the shrimp, tossing to evenly distribute the lemon juice.
Serve the shrimp hot with your favorite sides, such as rice or vegetables.
