Ingredients:
1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, thawed
8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, followed by the vanilla extract, water, and heavy cream.
Gradually add in the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
