Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box graham crackers
2 (3.5 oz) packages instant French vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
Instructions:
Begin by making the cake. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until thickened, about 2 minutes.
In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, then repeat with the remaining graham crackers and pudding mixture.
