Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients
OREO COOKIES 400g (4 cups) MELTED BUTTER
50 g (3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon) CREAM CHEESE 225 g (1 cup) GRANULATED SUGAR
120g (1 cup) WHIPPED CREAM
600 ml (2 1/2 cups) GRANULATED SUGAR
30g (2 tbsp) MILK 600 ml (2 1/2 cups)
MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS, FOR TOPPING (OPTIONAL) .
Instructions
Use a food processor to crush the cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.
Reserve a small amount of breadcrumbs and stir the melted butter into the rest.
Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a baking dish with a spatula until you have an even layer.
Leave in the refrigerator while preparing the cream. In a clean mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, 250ml whipped cream and the powdered sugar.
Spread the cream on the cookie base. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions until thick.
When the pudding has cooled, spread the pudding over the first layer of cream cheese. Whip the whipped cream and spread it over the pudding.
Sprinkle the cake with crumbled Oreos or mini chocolate chips and leave in the fridge for a few hours until set. Slice, serve and enjoy
