Ingredients:
140g all purpose flour
240ml of water
3 eggs
75g butter a pinch of salt
Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Preparation:
1. Place the water and butter over medium heat and boil until the butter melts.
2. Add salt and flour, mix with a spoon until dough forms.
3. Add the vanilla extract into the dough, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the dough with a hand mixer.
4. Transfer dough to pastry bag and pipe 12 rings onto parchment.
5. Cook each fritter in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
