APPLE AND CINNAMON CAKE

Ingredients:
2 apples (chopped)
50 gr butter
3 tablespoons of flour
50 g of icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
100ml milk
Cinnamon
Indications:
1. Melt the butter and mix in the chopped apples, set aside.
2. Sift the flour with sugar and salt.
3. Add the eggs, milk and mix well.
4. Add the apples and pour the batter onto a baking sheet.
5. Top with cinnamon and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
