VANILLA CUPCAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups cake flour

– 2 tsp baking powder

– ¾ – 1 cup sugar

(preferred sweetness)

– 3 eggs

– pinch of salt

– ½ cup melted margarine

– 1 tsp vanilla essence

– 1 cup milk

METHOD

– Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla essence till light & fluffy then add in melted baking margarine & mix well.

– Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

– Add dry ingredients into egg mixture alternate with milk.

– Bake at 180°c preheated oven for 20 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
