CHOCOLATE COOKIES RECIPE

Ingredients :

300 g dark chocolate

200 g oatmeal

200 g brown sugar

180 g butter

80 g flour

Eggs

1 egg

Vanilla extract or liquid vanilla

0.5 tsp vanilla extract or liquid vanilla

Baking powder

0.25 tsp. baking powder

Preparation time : 15min

1_Preparation of the cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the oats in a blender for a few seconds, to chop them coarsely. Pour them in a bowl, add the brown sugar.

2_Add the flour, baking powder and salt.

3_ Add the egg

4_ Add the melted butter.

5_ Mix until all the ingredients are well amalgamated. With the obtained mixture, make small balls the size of a small walnut.

6_ Baking the cookies

Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spacing them out and flattening them by hand.

Place in the oven and bake the cookies for 8 minutes. Cool them on a rack.

7_ Finishing the cookies

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Spread a little melted chocolate on one side of a cookie.

8_ Cover with another cookie. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the cookies.
