chocolate hearts recipe

Ingredients :

200 grams of brasna

120 grams of secera

100ml hot milk

1 tomanjak

20 ml suncocretivog ulya

25 grams of cocoa

8 grams of baking powder

Also needed:

200 grams of chocolate

50 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts

Melt the chocolate with steam.

Add the coarsely chopped hazelnuts and mix with the melted chocolate.

Preparation:

Mix 100 g of sugar with 70 g of flour.

Add 100 ml of fairly hot milk.

Mix everything and let cool.

Add 1 egg yolk and 20 ml of oil to the cold mixture.

Stir.

Then add the cocoa and flour mixed with the baking powder.

Mix everything well. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour.

Immediately deposit the dough on the work surface, work it with your hands so that it does not stick.

Cover with a transparent film and spread to a thickness of about 3 mm.

Cut with praying mantises.

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool cookies.

Dip cold cookies in melted chocolate.

Let the chocolate harden.
