Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
20 cookies
170 g Pastry Flour
30 g Cocoa Powder
180 g Butter
Dark Chocolate 70% 360g
4 g Baking Powder
4 g Baking Soda
210 g Brown Sugar
pinch Salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Put butter in dark chocolate and melt at 104~122 degree Fahreheit and mix it
Add eggs, brown sugar and salt and double boiler about 3mins and whipping for 4 minutes at high speed
Put down the mixer to medium speed and pur melted chocolate and butter slowly
Sift pastry flour, Cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix it, After that pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients
After that scoop batter on a baking sheet
Bake in the oven at 355 degree Fahreheit for 10mins
