Grilled Lemon Chicken Flatbread Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 middle eastern-style flatbreads
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup arugula greens
1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp sriracha
Instructions:
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with coriander, oregano, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated in the marinade.
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
While the chicken is resting, prepare the sauce by whisking together the sour cream, mayonnaise, tahini, sriracha, and a pinch of salt.
Warm the flatbreads on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
To assemble the wraps, spread a generous amount of the sauce onto each flatbread. Top with sliced chicken, chopped tomato, and arugula greens.
Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
