CAKE IN THE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
CAKE Dough:
5 eggs
2 cups (tea) granulated sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup warm milk with 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
1 tablespoon Royal Powder
FILLING 1:
250 g unsalted margarine
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream (no whey)
10 spoons (soup) full of nest milk
FILLING 2:
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of cow’s milk
1 can of cream
3 egg yolks (passed through a sieve)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
TO MISTAKE THE DOUGH:
1 glass of coconut milk
1 glass of milk
2 tablespoons refined sugar
ROOF:
1 box of whipped cream (preparation method in the box)
white chocolate in pieces and strawberries for the filling and to decorate the cake
METHOD OF PREPARATION
CAKE Dough:
Beat the egg whites in a mixer and add the yolks, one at a time.
Do not stop beating and add the sugar and flour
Finally, add the hot milk with a spoonful of margarine, stir slowly and add the yeast.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden
FILLING 1:
Beat the margarine (which should be at room temperature) with the condensed milk in a mixer
Keep beating and add the nest milk
Turn off the mixer, add the cream and stir
Put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes
FILLING 2:
Make a cream with 1 can of condensed milk, 2 cans of cow’s milk, the 3 egg yolks passed through a sieve and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Take it to the fire until it thickens, after ready and cold, put the box of milk cream
Once everything is ready, place a layer of each, including the strawberries and white chocolate.
Also place on the side of the bowl
