Marble Cheesecake Brownies

These Marble Cheesecake Brownies are a perfect blend of rich, fudgy chocolate and creamy, smooth cheesecake. The beautiful marbled effect makes them look as good as they taste. They’re an irresistible dessert for chocolate and cheesecake lovers alike!

Ingredients:

For the Brownie Layer:

1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the brownie batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined. Pour most of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, saving about 1/4 cup for the topping.

3. Prepare the cheesecake batter: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

4. Create the marble effect: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the pan. Spoon dollops of the reserved brownie batter on top. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters together to create a marbled effect.

5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is just set. A toothpick inserted should come out with a few moist crumbs.

6. Cool and serve: Let the brownies cool completely before slicing. Enjoy your delicious Marble Cheesecake Brownies!
