CHOCOLATE CREAMY CAKE

CHOCOLATE CREAMY CAKE: the delicious dessert to enjoy with family.

INGREDIENTS:

55g cocoa powder

120g hot water

3 whole eggs

Vanilla extract

95g melted butter

120g warm milk

5g instant coffee

150g brown sugar

215g “00” flour

3g bicarbonate

3g baking powder

CHOCOLATE CREAM:

170g dark chocolate

120 milk chocolate

240g fresh cream

80g butter

35g honey

COFFEE BATH:

Espresso

METHOD:

Cocoa biscuit: in a bowl mix the cocoa with water, eggs and melted butter.

Add vanilla extract, milk, sugar and coffee.

Also add flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 170 degrees for 28 minutes.

Cream: cut the chocolate and melt it in the milk and cream. Combine butter and honey. Let it thicken and cool.

Cut and assemble the cake.
