Homemade Creamy Semolina Dessert

Ingredients:

1 liter milk

1 cup semolina

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Chocolate sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions:

In a saucepan, pour the milk and add sugar. Heat over medium heat until warm.

Gradually add the semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a smooth, creamy texture.

Add butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a glass dish.

Smooth the surface and sprinkle chocolate on top.

Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
