๐ซ Luxury Kinder & Ferrero Style Chocolate Bars
๐งพ Ingredients:
200g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Nutella
1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
Optional: crushed biscuits
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer (do not boil).
Pour the hot cream over the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Let it sit for 2โ3 minutes.
Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy (ganache).
Add the Nutella, butter, and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
Fold in the crushed hazelnuts (and biscuits if using).
Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper.
Smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
