Chocolate-Filled Marble Loaf Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

200g chocolate spread (for filling, like Nutella)

Chocolate sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.

Divide the batter into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one half and mix.

Pour half of the plain batter into the pan, then add some chocolate batter.

Add a generous layer of chocolate spread in the center.

Cover with the remaining batters, alternating between plain and chocolate for a marble effect.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles on top.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake (not the center filling) comes out clean.

Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy the gooey chocolate center!

Tip:

For an extra molten center, slightly warm the chocolate spread before adding it inside the cake
