Chocolate Crunch Balls 🍫

Ingredients:

200g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate)

2 cups cornflakes (slightly crushed)

1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)

2 tablespoons honey or sugar syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave (stir every 30 seconds).

In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir well until everything is coated.

Take small portions and shape them into balls using your hands.

Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.

Let them set in the refrigerator for about 30–60 minutes until firm.

Serve and enjoy your crunchy chocolate bites!

Tip: You can also add nuts like almonds or hazelnuts for extra crunch 😋
