Creamy Strawberry Milk Dessert

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)

2 cups milk

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Prepare the strawberries:

Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside a few slices for decoration.

Mix the base:

In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the cornstarch dissolves completely.

Cook the mixture:

Place the saucepan over medium heat and keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a creamy consistency.

Add flavor:

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine with strawberries:

Let the cream cool slightly, then gently mix in the chopped strawberries.

Serve:

Pour into a large bowl or individual glasses. Garnish with strawberry slices on top.

Chill (optional):

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for a refreshing cold dessert, or enjoy it slightly warm.
