Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter (softened)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Ingredients:
Add flour, salt, and butter. Mix and knead until you get a soft, smooth dough (about 8–10 minutes).
First Rise:
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the Bread:
Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish close to each other.
Second Rise:
Cover and let them rise again for 20–30 minutes.
Add Topping:
Brush the dough balls with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
