Ingredients:
2 cups crushed biscuits (such as Digestive biscuits or tea biscuits)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Prepare the base:
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and condensed milk until well combined.
Form the layer:
Press the mixture evenly into a baking dish to create a firm base.
Add caramel:
Pour the caramel sauce over the base and spread it evenly.
Add chocolate & nuts:
Sprinkle the chopped chocolate and walnuts on top.
Bake:
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate melts and slightly bubbles.
Cool & serve:
Let it cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
Tip: For a richer flavor, you can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate!
